4.3 Go / No Go

"Go / No Go" refers to a decision as to whether or not to proceed for a business development opportunity.

The "Go / No Go" process can occur at multiple points in a pre-bid or bid discussion as different information is made available through the process. For example, a decision can be made to "Go" for a business development opportunity in the pre-bid phase whereas in the bidding phase a decision is made to "No Go" as further information has been made available which changes the likelihood of success.

In this section, you can find the guide for "Go / No Go" meetings, the checklist for the Go / No Go process, and Business Development Opportunity Selection criteria to guide a "Go / No Go" decision.
