How to create collection and tags

Collections, tags, and app stats are important tools for organizing and managing information. Collections help group similar items together, tags provide labels to easily categorize and find things, and app stats give valuable insights into how well an app is performing and being used, helping developers improve its functionality.

Collection

Adding a collection allows users to organize files and subfolders, forming a tree-like structure. This hierarchical system assists users in maintaining a logical organization of their files, simplifying the process of locating and retrieving specific information. To create, select on ‘Add a collection’ and fill out the ‘Name’ then choose a ‘Parent’ folder.

Tags

You can also add tags to courses by putting a # (hashtag) first and then select ‘Add tag’. Users can filter through courses using these tags. This can be useful when there are multiple categories but courses of a similar nature in different categories. Talk to your team first to define a set of tags that you will all use, and make sure you stick to the wording in them.
