  1. How to create resources on Bero

How to set the privacy of resources

In some instances of Bero, you may want only some groups of users to be able to access certain resources.

Set privacy on the resource section

You can set the privacy at the Resource section level, which will determine the privacy of each Resource page within it. You can set the privacy to be public to all users of your instance of Bero or just accessible to a specific user group.

Resource page

However, if you want to set the privacy of each Resource page, you can just make the resource section level broader (public) and then set the privacy of particular resource page to more specific user groups.

To change the privacy of content in the CMS, go to that page and select the button next to ‘privacy’ in the top right corner, then add or remove the groups you either want to give or remove access for, and select ‘save’.
