How to set up courses in the platform
Courses exist either as part of a set in a course category or on their own.
To add a new course to a course category, go to the ‘Learn’ page and select the category you want to add to, then select ‘add course’ which will be where the ‘add child page’ button usually is.
To add a new course when there are no course categories, go to the ‘Learn’ page - where the categories would otherwise be stored - select ‘add child page’, and then select the ‘course’ type.

Once you’ve created a page for courses, fill in the fields that exist in each of the following tabs:

Content tab
In the content tab, add a title, an image (which will be used as the icon for the course and as the image on the course detail page), a short description of what’s involved in the course and (optionals) longer description, subtitle, and tags.
Enforce order of lessons inside a course
To keep lessons in a specific order, you can use the Enforce Order feature. This functionality makes sure learners complete one lesson before moving on to the next. To enable this feature, go to the Course you want to organize and select Course Details. Then click on Enforce Order. The prompts will take you through a step-by-step process to set the sequence of your courses, ensuring users learn and progress through the lessons in the right order. This will enable an organized and effective learning experience.

Moving courses into categories
To move a pre-existing course to a new course category, go to the page of the course, select the ‘more’ dropdown menu, select ‘move’, and then choose the parent page you would like to move the course to. The process is the same for moving lessons into different courses.
