How to set the privacy of learning content

In some instances of Bero, you may want only some groups of users to be able to access certain content (e.g. the emergency department of a hospital accessing courses about emergency care).
If you are using a version of Bero which contains course categories, you can set the privacy at the course category level, which will determine the privacy of each course within it.
However, if you still want to set the privacy of each course, you can just make the category level broader and then set the privacy of particular courses to more specific user groups. Setting the privacy of a course will determine the privacy of the lessons within it.
To change the privacy of content in the CMS, go to that page and select the button next to ‘privacy’ in the top right corner, then add or remove the groups you either want to give or remove access for, and select ‘save’.
