Handover from BD team to PM team
The Bid Manager should coordinate with the Program Manager to 'hand over' the project so far, following the guidelines below:
A handover process from BD to PM should be undertaken as soon as an award is made, before contracting. A handover meeting should take place between the BD team and the Project Manager. Before that meeting, Part 1 of this Template should be filled in by the BD team and shared with the PM. During the meeting, the agenda in Part 2 of this Template should be followed.
