Template for BD handover to PM

A handover process from BD to PM should be undertaken as soon as an award is made, before contracting. This Handover template can support that process, in conjunction with a handover meeting that should take place between the BD team and the Project Manager. Before that meeting, Part 1 of this Template should be filled in by the BD team and shared with the PM. During the meeting, the agenda in Part 2 of this Template should be followed.
