2.4 Recruitment and Onboarding
Recruitment and onboarding of Catalpa personnel is managed by People and Culture Manager, in liaison with the hiring manager for that piece of work. If recruitment of a consultant or contractor is needed, the People and Culture Manager can assist with this but it is primarily the responsibility of the Senior Sponsor and Team Leader of that initiative, although the same safeguarding-sensitive recruitment practices need to be implemented.
