6.1 Policies and Compliance Register

Catalpa’s policies and procedures set out the minimum standards we work to across all countries and programmes. They are designed to protect people, partners and funding, and to ensure we meet our legal, contractual and ethical obligations.

The Register of Policies and Compliance is the single source of truth for:

  • policies that are currently in place, and those planned for development

  • the compliance requirements that sit under each policy (e.g. training, checks, declarations, reporting)

  • ownership, review dates, and priority level

To view the full list and status of policies, see the Register of Policies and Compliance see the Register of Policies and Compliance herearrow-up-right.

Safeguarding and PSEAH

Policies that prevent harm and set standards for working with children and communities.

Conduct and Workplace Behaviour

How staff are expected to behave, and how issues are raised and managed.
