Safeguarding training

All new recruits are required to undertake orientation training in safeguarding - the People and Culture Manager and Safeguarding Focal Point will organise this as part of onboarding

All personnel need to undertake the annual refresher training course via Bero (which can also be used as orientation training for personnel assessed as being no-contact with vulnerable adults or children).

If personnel are involved in collecting stories or images from Catalpa programming (including of workshops or of project participants in the field) they also need to complete the training related to collecting, storing and using images + stories here
