4.1 Introduction / overview

Catalpa has a Partnership and Growth team who work across the organisation to support networking, pre-bid positioning, partnering and bid development before handing over to a Program Manager post-award.

It is the role of the Partnership and Growth team to coordinate business development from networking to retrospectives / debriefs on bid development; but ultimately business development is everyone's responsibility.
