Getting started

• Outline: Have a plan that is organised in units of work.

• Goal: Create a roadmap with all Epics.

• Duration:

• Frequency: Once, on project inception. Reviews may happen.

How-to

1. Identify which activities of the project's workplan represent software functionality. These will be called Epics.

2. Create a document listing all the Epics with a brief description for each. This will be called the Epic Selection Document.
