At Catalpa, we’re serious about creating an environment where everyone, everyday has the opportunity to thrive to support Catalpa to achieve its big, hairy audacious goal to be the model development organization.
We know that by supporting and enhancing the performance of our people, they will be more engaged and better able to serve the partners we work with. Which is good for our people, and good for Catalpa!
It’s important to us that everyone who works here knows how their work aligns to Catalpa's strategy, and how they will contribute. We want to create a working environment where people grow through real conversations focused on providing feedback based on how they are tracking with their work tasks and goals and development of their capabilities, skills and knowledge.
So how exactly will staff be supported at Catalpa so they can thrive and be involved in work that gives them meaning and purpose?
At Catalpa, we see the ability of staff to perform and thrive here as a joint effort between the staff member, their manager and Catalpa overall.
