Feedback

360 degree feedback is a way for our people to understand their strengths and weaknesses, using the constructive feedback of others who work with them the most, such as project team members or other peers they work with in Catalpa.

We are trialling a 360 feedback process which will be facilitated by People & Culture, and will occur at the contract anniversary for staff.

As we work with a large degree of agility and across many treams at Catalpa the aim is for 360 feedback to provide more balanced feedback and gives staff a more comprehensive picture of their performance.
