Goal Setting

Managers and staff should engage in regular goal setting conversations about their contribution at Catalpa. It is important you both review goals on a regular basis throughout the year to ensure progress against their performance and development goals and to provide necessary support and guidance.

Like many other fast-moving and agile organisations, we set intentions across our sectors, align our teams, and achieve great results, year on year. The delivery of these goals should trickle down to team members in the sector - managers will work with staff to set relevant goals.

Note, we don’t have a specific annual performance appraisal process at Catalpa but managers need to regularly discuss with team members their performance against agreed goals, and provide feedback.
