Town Halls
Our Town Hall's are is Catalpa-wide meeting where everybody comes together to share key updates, align on strategy, and foster transparency. The term is borrowed from the civic idea of a community gathering, but at Catalpa it’s adapted to our workplace culture.
Our Town Hall's are held on a quarterly basis.
The purpose of the Town Hall is
Strategic alignment – Directors share information on our vision, strategy, or upcoming priorities.
Transparency – A forum for updates on performance, project updates, milestones, or challenges.
Culture-building – Reinforces Catalpa values and celebrates team or individual achievements.
Two-way communication – Employees often have opportunities to ask questions (live or submitted in advance).
