Outline: Have a plan that is organised in units of work.
Goal: Create a roadmap with all Epics.

Frequency: Once, on project inception. Reviews may happen.
How-to
Identify which activities of the project's workplan represent software functionality. These will be called Epics.
Create a document listing all the Epics with a brief description for each. This will be called the Epic Selection Document.
