Outline: Decide on the next unit of work
Goal: Prioritize the roadmap and select the next Epic
Duration: 30 minutes.
Frequency: Before starting a new Epic.
How-to
Open the Epic Selection Document.
Present the Epics and briefly discuss what each one is about
Look for dependencies that would prevent an Epic to be started
Take into account how much effort would it take to deliver each one
Select the next logical Epic to work on
Start preparing an Epic Design Document
Hint: plan ahead and have this meeting at least 2 weeks before the current Epic is due
